We've now agreed the overall direction for your project. This form collects the practical information I need to refine the proposal and make sure everything is clearly defined before work begins.

Some questions are quite specific. Don't worry if you don't know an answer. If a designer, printer, developer or another supplier holds the information, you can tell me that instead.
